Inspiring change through art
Giving children the opportunity to unlock their creative potential, build self-confidence, and shape their own path
Building Childrens Future in Kenya
Together with you and our our-term Partners we enable children and young adults from disadvantaged areas in Nairobi / Kenya, realising their creative potential through a variety of artistic disciplines.
Why Art?
Arts education is an integral part of a young person's development. Through our program, students gain new opportunities that foster self-reliance and open pathways to future careers.
The long-term results prove us right
Many of the children and young people who have participated in our programs cite these experiences as a milestone in their decision-making and more courageous shaping of their life paths.
There is no limit to what young people can accomplish when allowed to explore their creativity.

The ARTS CENTRE Project

A Creative Space for Kids Comes to Life
The newly opened Arts Centre in Kibera offers a sustainable, inclusive space where the students can develop their artistic talents. 16 teachers regularly instruct in the artistic disciplines. The Centre provides a secure refuge, allowing everyone to freely express themselves.
Creative Classes
With the start of the first art class with 50 children in 2009 in a youth center in Kibera, the foundation for ONE FINE DAY was set. Since then, an artistic Kenyan team of trainers have regularly taught over a thousand children and young people in multiple art disciplines:
Painting
Handycrafts
Singing
Ballet
Creative Writing
Drawing
Music
Dance
Acrobatics
Acting
Artist to Artist Workshops with International Artists and Musicians
Since 2013, we have regularly invited international artists – musicians, dancers, designers, curators, and supporters – to share their expertise with our students through Masterclasses of Excellence. We foster a creative ecosystem where experienced artists mentor emerging talent.
In this way, the children are constantly learning new materials, techniques, and artistic approaches. The children's works produced in these workshops are later exhibited in Berlin alongside the works of the respective artists
